Anyone know any alternatives to using Invisible Fence?
I adopted a dog not to long ago, and I have a partially fenced in back yard. I had made an appointment and met with a representative from invisible fence today.
The issue is that he quoted me $2000 for less that 35 feet of invisible fencing. Since I rent my home I am not too fond of building a fence but I might have to resort to that. Does anyone know of any other alternatives that are not too expensive and will be reliable for containing my dog in the backyard?
Use a “visible fence…preferrably a chain link fence. Invisible fences only keep your dog at home. It doesn’t keep other dogs from getting to your dog and property. A chain link fence will. The chain link fence could actually be cheaper than the invisible one, and do twice as much good!
